MPS Monitor 2.0

Valsoft Corporation, a Montreal-based private-equity company specializing in the acquisition and development of software companies in vertical markets, announced today that it’s acquired Italy-based MPS Monitor and Denmark-based Euroform for undisclosed sums. The two companies are said to be leading developers and providers of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Managed Print Services SaaS solutions for the print industry.

Valsoft will be entering into the Managed Print Services market by acquiring 100 percent of both MPS Monitor and Euroform, and says it will be leveraging the market positioning, product strength, and expertise of the two combined companies to provide an integrated SaaS (software as a service) offering to dealers and Managed Print Providers across the world.

Michael Assi, CEO of Aspire Software, the operating division of Valsoft, said Valsoft’s entry into the Managed Print Services market will be led by Nicola De Blasi, who will continue to serve as CEO of MPS Monitor, and who also take on the role of CEO of Euroform.

MPS Monitor
