UBEO Expands in Boston Metro Area with New Acquisition
On January 4th, business-technology services company UBEO Business Services announced that it’s acquired Bay Copy for an undisclosed sum. Bay Copy is located on the South Shore of Massachusetts, and was founded 51 years ago.
Bay Copy employees will remain with the company under the new ownership, and the company will continue to operate from its present location at 100 Reservoir Park Drive, in Rockland, MA.
Bay Copy was founded in 1972 by Ray Belanger, Sr. It currently provides print-management solutions and Konica Minolta and Lexmark printers and MFPs.
The acquisition expands UBEO’s presence in the Bostom Metro area: in 2021 UBEO acquired the Saugus, MA –based Business Copy Associates, which has served the region since 1962.
UBEO Business Services operates in 14 states across the nation, with a network of over 50 locations providing business-technology services.
