UBEO Acquires Colorado Document-Imaging Dealer
Texas-based UBEO Business Services, a printer, copier, and document-management solutions company, announced that it’s acquired ADS Imaging Solutions of Denver, Colorado, for an undisclosed sum.
ADS Imaging Solutions, led by Allison Ward, has been providing wide-format and technical imaging solutions for over 25 years. It sells Canon wide-format and technical printers; Context document scanners; Epson color inkjet MFPs; and KIP wide-format printers.
Allison Ward commented, “This was an easy choice to join UBEO. ADS and UBEO will benefit from a strong cultural fit.
