Canon Wins Consent Judgement Against GPC Image

Earlier this year, Canon Inc. launched a massive legal offensive against clone toner-cartridge sellers, announcing that it had filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) against 49 manufacturers, distributors and sellers of third-party clone toner cartridges and imaging drum units, among them, GPC Trading.
