U.S. Customs and Border Protection Set to Begin Tariff-Refund Process on April 20th

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is set to launch an electronic refund process for tariffs that the U.S. Supreme Court had ruled in February 2026 were illegally imposed.
