Xerox Awarded Public-Sector Contract for Supplying Printers, Copier, MPS, Document-Services

The agreement is said to make it simple for agencies to purchase Xerox offerings ranging from single-function desktop printers, to high-end digital presses, managed print services (MPS), software offerings, centralized print services, and workflow automation solutions. The National IPA agreement extends through February 2021.

The battle between Xerox and activist investors Carl Icahn and Darwin Deason has become even more acrimonious, with new amendments to a Deason lawsuit alleging that Xerox CEO Jeff Jacobson pursued a deal with Fujifilm even after Xerox’s board advised him to stop negotiations.
