DEX Imaging Launches New IT Services and Cybersecurity Division
DEX Imaging, which is said to be the largest independent U.S. document-imaging technology dealer, today launched its new managed IT and Cybersecurity Division called DEXTEK.
For the initial phase of the launch, DEXTEK will servie the Cleveland, Ohio, metropolitan area and enter other markets in 2025 with solutions aimed at mid-market customers.
DEXTEK President Bill Wosilius explained that DEX’s acquisition of Meritech in Northeast Ohio in 2022 served as the foundation for the company to expand its managed IT services in a market that already has a strong base of customers, and said the company views IT and cybersecurity as important new services that it’s providing
DEXTEK is focusing on mid-market businesses with critical IT issues that need 24-7 professional support, helping these customers plan, build, and maintain their IT operations.
DEX Imaging CEO Dan Doyle Jr. said the move expands DEX Imaging from providing traditional document imaging services to managed IT and cybersecurity services.

DEXTEK will serve as the managed IT and cybersecurity services division of DEX Imaging. It will provide remote monitoring and management, help desk service, disaster recovery, network management, and a full suite of cybersecurity and cloud services to mid-market customers.
