Xerox Announces New Executive Appointments

Xerox recently announced two new executive appointments.

Mary McHugh 

On February 18th, Xerox announced the appointment of Mary McHugh as executive vice president and chief delivery and supply chain officer. In her new role, she will report to Steve Bandrowczak, president and chief operations officer of Xerox.

“Last year, we began working to implement a frictionless, high-velocity supply chain to increase flexibility and responsiveness and improve customer service,” said Bandrowczak. “By bringing supply chain together with delivery and manufacturing under Mary’s leadership, we will drive additional cost and productivity synergies while ensuring end-to-end systems that provide better customer service.”

McHugh joined Xerox in June 2018 as chief delivery officer, leading both the company’s global service delivery mission and the operations for the equipment and toner manufacturing sites. Before joining the company, McHugh served as the senior vice president of North America SaaS Implementation Success management and SaaS consulting at Oracle. Previously, she was the senior vice president of Global Solution Design and Delivery at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and spent 28 years at IBM in roles of increasing responsibility within the Global Services organization.

“By further improving the speed and responsiveness of our supply chain, we will be even better positioned to serve our clients,” said McHugh. “As customer expectations evolve, we will continue to refine how we deliver and service their needs, ensuring we make every day work better for them.”

Joanne Collins Smee

 On February 14th, Xerox announced the appointment of Joanne Collins Smee as executive vice president and chief commercial, SMB and channels officer. In this newly created role, she reports to John Visentin, vice chairman and CEO of Xerox.

“Joanne is a proven business leader and technologist. Under her leadership, Xerox has made progress growing our software business and introducing a new line of digital services,” said Visentin. “To further support Xerox’s growth, Joanne and her team will focus on delivering innovative and faster-to-market workplace solutions for small to midsize businesses (SMB) and channel partners.”

Collins Smee joined Xerox in September 2018 as chief commercial officer and has spearheaded the development of Xerox’s software and services strategy. She also will lead Xerox Business Solutions, the company’s unit focused on serving the SMB, and U.S. channel partners.

Before joining Xerox, she led Technology Transformation Services for the U.S. federal government and spent more than 25 years at IBM in global executive roles, spanning client sales, support, and delivery of technical products and services.

We’ve invested in new offerings that address these needs, enabling both Xerox and partners to capitalize on this growth opportunity,” said Collins Smee.
