Our Take

It may seem like an odd time to get into the desktop-printer market, but Visioneer has been in the document-imaging business for some 30 years, and printers complement its existing document-imaging offerings. These offerings include Visioneer and Xerox professional document scanners, as well as the Visioneer Intelligent Software Platform for end-to-end document capture and conversion, including PDF and OCR conversion software, image-correction software, etc.
