U.S. Court of International Trade Delaying Tariff Refunds

On March 6th, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued an order delaying the issuance of refunds for sweeping U.S. IEEPA reciprocal tariffs that the Supreme Court of the United States earlier ruled were illegally imposed.
