New DocuWare with Built-in AI Assistant to Be Available Soon

Earlier this month, DocuWare, provider of document-management solutions, and a Ricoh company, reported that its new redesigned DocuWare solution will be available this fall. It will feature a redesigned, modern user interface and the DocuWare Aura AI Assistant.

Initially, the new DocuWare will be released for DocuWare Cloud. An on-premises version will follow.

Future-Ready DocuWare

DocuWare says a smarter, more accessible, and future-ready new DocuWare backed by game-changing AI will unlock productivity by handling the busywork, and will also increase revenue for channel partners. 

The mobile offering, now a companion app complementing the Web experience, gives partners the ability to demonstrate value and modernity, which is essential for winning mobile-focused buyers.

The new solution will be accessible across all device platforms, including computer desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, all of which will provide full access to DocuWare’s capabilities. The new mobile app is already available, focusing on essential features that allow users to efficiently manage documents, approve workflows, and handle core tasks from anywhere. As development continues, DocuWare plans to further expand mobile functionality to ensure a truly comprehensive experience for all users.

Built-in Next-Generation Artificial Intelligence

The new DocuWare Aura AI tool will search information for users across DocuWare file cabinets, and will find and summarize information in seconds, as well as automatically compare and analyze document content.
