Marco Expands in Pennsylvania with New Acquisition
On May 15th, Marco Technologies announced that it had acquired Karpinski’s Office Systems, an office printer/MFP dealer located in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, for an undisclosed sum.
Karpinski’s Office Systems’ employees will join Marco’s East Coast team to continue to serve and support clients from their home office in Coudersport.
Marco provides IT, voice, video, copy, print and managed services. The company has 44 locations throughout the United States, and over 1,200 employees, and serves about 21,500 customers nationwide. Marco, which is based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, has offices in 12 states. It established its presence in Pennsylvania in 2018 through an acquisition, and has locations in Middletown and Williamsport in the state.
