Loffler Acquires New Dealers

On May 3rd, Loffler Companies reported that it’s acquired Laser Systems and Laser Systems Security of Fargo, ND and Grand Forks, ND. Loffler Companies, headquartered in Bloomington, MN, for undisclosed sums. Loffler says the acquisitions will expand its managed business technology and services to the North Dakota and Northern Minnesota market.

The new acquisitions represent Loffler’s second and third acquisition this year, as in February, it acquired Northern Office Outfitters (see here).
