Konica Minolta Canada Launches Digital Day 1 Scan Solution
On June 22nd, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) announced that it will begin offering a new document scanning and management service called Digital Day 1. Working closely with partner, Nimble Information Strategies Inc., a business processing outsourcing (BPO) company, Konica Minolta says the solution will enable organizations of all sizes to protect and future-proof their documents in a fast, efficient, and cost-effective way.
Digital Day 1 consists of hardware, software, and services that enable customers to digitize their documents and store them in a cloud-based document-management system that’s accessible from anywhere with an Internet connection. With IoT (Internet of Things) based document scanners, Konica Minolta says businesses can start scanning with minimal or no IT support. The solution provides scan-on-demand, secure hosting, exception reporting, and document disposition post-conversion.
The solution is also available on a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, with customers paying a fixed monthly fee.
Digital Day 1 is currently available via Konica Minolta sales representatives. For more information on Konica Minolta’s Information Management and Services offerings, visit the firm here.
