Katun Partners with Workflow-Automation Specialist Scanshare

Katun continues to enhance its Arivia copier/MFPs, today announcing a new global partnership with Scanshare, a provider of document-capture and workflow-automation technology.

Through the agreement, Katun will now offer Scanshare to dealer partners in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Latin America as part of its Workplace Solutions portfolio. 

Scanshare’s solutions include Scanshare Accounting Scanshare Essentials, Scanshare Enterprise, Scanshare Print, and Scanshare Store.

These embedded on-premise and cloud-based solutions provide automated document workflow, document repository and storage, and accounting and print-management support. 

Users can capture-and-convert paper documents using Arivia MFPs via the Scanshare Capture embedded client. Scanshare Capture can also monitor, analyse and process inbound email and attachments, from multiple email addresses, as well as integrate with other applications to receive data.

Scanshare’s partner-first model is said to align closely with Katun’ s go-to-market approach, enabling rapid deployment and strong user support throughout the sales process. 

This partnership strengthens Katun’s Workplace Solutions portfolio by introducing advanced, cloud-enabled tools that help organizations modernize document processes and operate more efficiently.
