Katun Launches Tech Alliances Program for Dealers, New Supplies
Katun Corporation, a distributor of third-party printer and copier/MFP supplies, has announced its Katun Technical Alliance Program.
The Katun Technical Alliance Program enables office-equipment dealers to work directly with Katun’s technical staff to help them solve issues or answer technical questions. Program benefits include new product launch previews, early testing opportunities, assistance with product improvements, and quarterly technical reviews (including quality updates and warranty claim reviews).
Through the Katun Technical Alliance Program, dealers can also receive product-specific training, including detailed information on how products are produced and tested. Katun also offers on-site seminars.
Enrolled dealers will work directly with a Katun CTS (Customer Technical Service) Manager that is Six Sigma certified, has OEM training, and decades of experience in the imaging industry.

New Products
Katun also recently introduced new printer and copier/MFP supplies.
The new products include Katun Performance remanufactured color toner cartridges for use with the HP Color LJ Managed E57540 DN series. Katun says the toner cartridges provide OEM-equivalent yields and outstanding color reproduction, as well as significant cost savings versus the OEM toner cartridges.
Also new is the Katun Access Drum Unit for use with the Canon ImageRunner Advance C5535 series; a transfer belt for use with the Ricoh MP C2550/C2551 series; and a Katun drum charge roller for use with the Konica Minolta Bizhub C258/C308/C368 MFPs.
