HP+ Program No Longer Available for HP LaserJets
The HP+ program, which HP Inc. introduced in 2020, is no longer available for HP LaserJet printers and MFPs.
Instead, a look at HP’s HP+ web page shows that while HP+ is still available for HP inkjet printers and MFPs, there are no models available when selecting Shop HP+ Laser, which HP has confirmed.
Under the HP+ program for LaserJets, customers received up to six months of toner, cloud-based printing, plus a two-year warranty and the HP Advanced Smart app. In return, customers required an Internet connection, HP account, and had to use only original HP toner supplies.
HP+ – which is still available for inkjet models – isn’t a subscription program. However, last month, HP did introduce a printer subscription program for home and small office users, HP’s All-In Plan, which includes automatic ink delivery (HP monitors printer ink and then sends new ink before it runs out), as well as a printer, as well as printer service, with plans starting at $6.99 per month. The All-in-Plan only applies to select inkjet models. However, for small and mid-size businesses and enterprises, HP offers Managed Print Services that can be used with LaserJets.
