Fraser Acquires DocuSense

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of the Zygoquest Group reported that this month, Fraser Advanced Information Systems has acquired Laser Supply, Inc.- otherwise known as DocuSense – for an undisclosed sum.

DocuSense (www.docusense.com) is located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and was founded in 1989. It was owned and operated by Bob Melso and Donna Melso, brother and sister.  DocuSense specialized in Managed Print Services (MPS) and was an authorized dealer of Xerox, Sharp, HP Inc., and Lexmark equipment.  DocuSense is said to have developed a core expertise in the management and financial reporting of large printer fleets in working with clients in developing state-of-the-art systems for reporting, managing and controlling print-fleet costs.

DocuSense introduced MPS in 2004, becoming one of the first companies to bring MPS. The company has served customers throughout the Greater Philadelphia Market – from its headquarters in West Chester, west to Harrisburg, east to the Jersey Shore, north to Princeton, New Jersey, and south to Delaware.  DocuSense also served a number of regional and national customers.
