Dex Imaging Expands in Northeast United States
DEX Imaging, one of the latest office-equipment dealers in the United States, announced today that it’s acquired New England Copy Specialists (NECS) for an undisclosed sum. The firm says the acquisition marks an important milestone in its continued national growth and its expansion into the Northeast.
Founded in 1965, NECS is said to be the largest and longest-established privately owned office technology dealer in New England, with four locations throughout the Boston area.
Dex CEO Dan Doyle Jr. says the acquisition provides a platform for DEX Imaging’s expansion into the Northeast. The two companies will together provide document imaging technology, managed print services, and managed IT solutions.
