Carolina Wholesale Acquires Digitek Computer Products
Carolina Wholesale Group reports that it’s acquired Digitek Computer Products, which it says makes it “one of the largest distributors of imaging supplies and business machines in the country.” The acquisition brings together Digitek, Arlington Industries, and Carolina Wholesale.
Digitek and Carolina Wholesale will now offer customers an additional 5,000 items across 11 distribution centers. The Carolina Wholesale and Digitek merger is said to strengthen relationships with key vendors, dealers, and other trade partners helping to accelerate the delivery of the expanded product portfolio to the combined customer base. Carolina Wholesale customers will now have access to Digitek’s PartnerPro online sales-training modules and dealer-branded marketing tools.
