Canon Seeks to Have Third-Party Toner Cartridges Removed from Amazon

On September 7th, Canon Inc. of Tokyo, Japan, reported that it had filed an infringement report with Amazon.com seeking removal of Amazon.com listings for certain toner cartridges sold by Etechwork for use with HP laser printers.
